In this (still raining!) episode I have a good ole ramble about video games including PAYDAY 2, Sniper Elite 4, MGSV, The Outer Worlds and my favorite of all time Hitman. I also briefly mention the security concerns now surrounding Lt. Col. Vindman and his family due to Trump's cult members & the acquittal of Scott Warren for providing food/water/medical aid to migrants crossing the Sonoran Desert.

I noticed I cant do the fasting and keto much anymore. It causes my body to behave poorly. It sends my blood sugar up and my blood pressure way up.
