In this episode I start off a wreck both mentally and physically and end on a better note mentally (while of course still physically miserable). Basically someone threw themselves into the fire for the educational benefit of a greater audience. A caller decided to try and elucidate an incorrect series of positions and Catisslo, Rich and myself all made the valiant efforts to try and help him, to correct him but we were unable to. But it makes for good educational material and some entertainment.
